/usr/bin/install -c -m 755 -d -o root -g root /etc/init.d
/usr/bin/install -c -m 755 -o root -g root startup/default-init /etc/init.d/nagios

[root@ngelinux001 nagios-4.4.5]# make install-config
/usr/bin/install -c -m 775 -o nagios -g nagios -d /usr/local/nagios/etc
/usr/bin/install -c -m 775 -o nagios -g nagios -d /usr/local/nagios/etc/objects

# vi /usr/local/nagios/etc/objects/contacts.cfg

define contact {

    contact_name saket ; Short name of user
    use generic-contact ; Inherit default values from generic-contact template (defined above)

Re-type new password:
Adding password for user saket
[root@ngelinux001 saket]#

9. Restart Apache to make the new settings take effect.

[root@ngelinux001 saket]# service httpd restart
Stopping httpd:                                            [  OK  ]
